Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of clerical tasks related to the execution and maintenance of City and State contracts, financial reports and budgets.

Education / Experience requirements: Associate’s degree and 2 years related job experience or High School diploma and 5 years related job experience.

Good communication and computer skills in Excel and Word. Proficient in basic office equipment. Must be organized and able to multi-task with an attention to detail.  Ability to work with peers and supervisors in a collegial environment.
