The Divisional Director is responsible for ensuring that all assigned programs operate within the stated TSINY policy and procedures, as well as any applicable City, State and Federal regulations at all times. They are accountable for managing their employees and their programs’ resources to achieve both program goals and TSINY’s strategic goals. They are responsible for maintaining the programs’ alignment with the TSINY mission, vision and values.
Master’s degree in gerontology, social work, psychology, sociology or a related social services area. Five years’ experience providing case management to the elderly, individuals with mental illness or resistant clients, and three years of supervisory experience.
